Manchester United beat Everton 2-1 at Old Trafford on sunday

The Goals from Martial and Paul Pogba gave Manchester United a deservedly victory over Everton at Old Trafford.

United started the game quite well but would've scored earlier from the Mata's open header which he missed in early stage of the game sending the ball straight over everton keeper Pickford.

Pogba broke the deadlock at 27th mins. of the game from the close range after his penalty strike was saved.

United now were more onto the game than before but couldn't find a way past again against Everton defence before halftime.

Martial added second for United 

Martial added second for United at 49th mins. of the game by an amazing curled shot assisted by Pogba.

Romelu Lukaku was dropped as he replaced Marcus Rashford during second half at 65th mins.

At 75th mins. Smalling brought down Richarlison in the box giving visitors a penalty.

Gylfi Sigurdsson smashed 1 for Everton before just 13 mins. remaining of the match.

United wouldv'e 3-1 up when Martial came 1 v 1 with the Everton keeper Jordan Pickford as he saved the frenchmen dull shot kepting his side still in the game.



Nevertheless United still grabbed the victory by 2-1 over Everton at home as they leapfrog them into 8th place.
